Thank you for your interest in purchasing one
of our AKC Registered German Shepherd Puppies! Hopefully our websites: www.HarmonyGermanShepherds.com and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/German_Shepherd_Puppies/ and any email we have exchanged with you have given
you enough information about us and our German Shepherd Dogs and puppies so that you are interested in purchasing/adopting
one of our puppies.
You know about us, now we would like to have
a little information about you and your family since you are a potential Buyer - so we can try to ensure that our Puppy will
go to a good home.
If you
would answer a few questions, it would help us out greatly and help us qulaify you to be a Buyer.
ADOPTING
A PUPPY FROM US IS A SIMPLE
3-STEP PROCESS :
1. Fill out our Online PUPPY APPLICATION
(this takes about 15 minutes)
2. If we approve your PUPPY APPLICATION, we will then email back to you a PUPPY DEPOSIT AND SALES AGREEMENT for
you to approve. This is our contract that details everything about your purchase of a particular puppy. (You can
see a copy of the contract here on our website-see the Menu on the Left.)
3. Once we receive the PUPPY DEPOSIT AND SALES AGREEMENT back from you by email stating that you "Agree"to its
terms, we will then email you a bill for the required SECURITY DEPOSIT which you can pay by credit or debit card. This
Deposit Payment will hold your chosen puppy for you until it is time for him or her to be given to you.
WE RECOMMEND USING
OUR NEW ONLINE PUPPY APPLICATION (the Link is at the top of this page). But you can copy the below form and fill it
out and email it back if you want. The Online Application is much faster and easier.

INSTRUCTIONS: You should be able to COPY this Puppy Application Form by dragging over it while holding
down your Left mouse button. Once it is all Highlighted, you can then go to EDIT at the top of your Browser
Page and click on COPY. Then go to Word or to START, ACCESSORIES, then WordPad and using the EDIT command again
and then PASTE this page onto WordPad/or Word and change this Form by putting in your own information and answers.
Then go to your EMAIL account and COMPOSE and COPY your completed Puppy Application and PASTE it into an email addressed to
us at German_Shepherd_Puppies@Yahoo.com.
BUT, if all this doesn't work for you (computers can really be a pain) SIMPLY SEND US AN EMAIL AND SAY THAT YOU ARE
INTERESTED IN PUPPY #___ and we will email you back a PuppyApplication and you can just REPLY and edit the Application with
your answers in Your Email. Sorry, folks, we are just learning how to do a webpage..hopefully soon we will figure
out how to do a fill-in-the-blank and hit Send type of Application.
OR, Just write an email to us and give us the same information the Puppy Application asks for. We just
need your name address phone and enough to know our Puppy would go to a good home that is prepared to take care of him!

Half of the
purchase price will need to be paid in advance to guarantee delivery and reservation of this puppy. We will send you
instructions on how we will bill you for this Deposit and how The Deposit can be paid instantly using a credit or debit card

Our "Delivery Fee" is very reasonable and is based on our roundtrip mileage
x 25 cents per mile, or less. We do NOT ship puppies, we hand-deliver them personally. The cost is usually less
than shipping and much safer.

come home to the puppy at least every 4 hours during the first few weeks in your home to see to his needs to go to the bathroom?

There needs to be at least a mid-day potty
break if everyone is at work or if the puppy does not have access to the outside.
Have you looked into acquiring a Crate? _______
We highly recommend crate training which helps
greatly with potty training and gives the puppy a secure place to retreat to. If
you can’t watch your puppy, he should be in his Crate or Kennel or else it is your fault if he potties on your floor
or if he teeths on your shoes and furniture.
All our puppies have been started on Crate training before you receive them.

German Shepherd Dogs are large and active dogs. They need regular exercise and walks daily.
They can successfully be raised and live in apartments, but it will require more effort and attention on the part of
you, the Owner.

Puppies can be very rough when they play, biting,
jumping, scratching etc. Children can also be pretty rough on puppies and damage
them in some way including affecting puppy temperament or doing physical harm including joint damage or breaking delicate
ear cartilage so ears never stand properly. Don’t rub your German Shepherd
Puppy’s ears!
